EMAIL IS UNUSABLE - EVERY DAY IT TAKES 2 to 24 hours to get an email!!

EMAIL IS UNUSABLE! Without fail it takes at least 2 hours to come through, but usually overnight. This has been going on for most of 2025. Now with most businesses requiring authentication checks to my email, I'm effectively locked out of my accounts online - banks, pharmacies, insurance companies, everywhere! This isn't a slow internet problem - it's their capacity problem. I only get a BOT when I try to talk to a rep - hopeless.
