Email and Control Panel access

We have been experiencing issues accessing our email account and updating our Website information which are currently hosted by these people. We have being trying to get hold of Hosting technical support for the past two days without any success or response. Since the emails form an important part of our daily work, we cannot do anything, their action is completely unprofessional and frustrating.
