****ed up wifi service DO NOT USE.

I wish i could make it 0/5 stars. This is THE MOST TERRIBLE service i have EVER received from a company. My wifi has been off for 4 weeks. Came on Wednesday afternoon and now it is off again and no one can sort out the problem. Willie the bot is useless. I have spoken to 13 different operators that said they would escalate the problem. They blamed open serve for the connection problem but when the technician came out everything on his side was working. I can’t even cancel the WiFi because nobody gets back to me. No wonder they have 13099 bad reviews. ! **** you web africa.
