****ed off at Webafrica

I have been on a chat with 6 of webafricas agents today since past 8 this morning on one chat and none of them seems to know what they doing now they talking about putting in a new order and that my account is suspended for what no one can explain to me. The service **** to say the least. It's the 25th today which im supposed to pay my way via debit order but woke up this morning to no wifi. This is a ****ty company ad I demand to speak to a manager via a telephone call not some damn WhatsApp agent that knows Jack **** but to pass me to different depts and then I end up coming back to the first dept I started off with.....I wane scream of frustration. CAN SOMEONE FROM WEBAFRICA CALL ME BACK NOW
