No internet connection in 8 days. Not a word from them. I have never experienced such bad service in my life. No email response. No updates to clients. No phone numbers available. Just a automated WhatsApp line. We just have to sit and wait for the connection to be restored. My mother in law was disconnected for an entire month and the debit order still went off. I really regret signing up with them. Cancellation process is also a nightmare because you cant speak to a consultant.
