Reporting this for the 3rd time WebAfrica is doing me dirty they debited on my account on the 1st of January while I last connected on WiFi on 5th December 2023 and I requested refund on 5th January and they only refunded me R345 which was the one for December because I only connected for 4 days..my question why they declined my refund request for R399 they took on my account on January bare in mind I cancelled subscription with them because the service is beyond poor ..Please I want my money all they do is take take but service is terrible..webAfrica ISP VUMATEL..****ed
