Disgusting service and treatment! I have been paying for a 60/60 line, which they installed a few months ago. From day 1, the fibre has not been working properly, which has severley impacted my income. After multiples calls and fighting with customer service, they want ME TO PAY a call out fee to fix the problem, when they are the ones that installed faulty equipement!

I have now requested to cancel my service with them however they told me i need to pay R999 as a cancellation processing fee even though i have given 1 months calender notice??

And the only reason i am cancelling is because i have paid them THOUSANDS of rands over the last few months without receiving the service i am paying for!
