Easy to sign up, nigh impossible to terminate.

I've been a customer for years, service was OK. Now that I no longer require the service it is absurdly difficult to cancel it.

New services can be added instantly online. Cancelations however must be done at a time that suits webafrica - I need to interact with their convoluted chatbot - and then get told to go and have a a cup of coffee while I wait. Crazy, just please stop billing me, I no longer require fiber at this address.
