Easy to order But almost impossible to cancel!

I have had good service from web Africa... but there is a nasty aspect that I think one should be aware of either by accident or design. Web Africa is very keen to have you as as customer and offer good service. However, if you wish to cancel your subscription for whatever reason they are not so keen to assist. This is a nasty type of entrapment. I'm still waiting for a response to my request to cancel:. You cannot speak to a live agent to cancel but you can speak to one to order! And Willie the bot is programmed you give you the run around if you wish to cancel... I'm still waiting for a live agent to assist me after 45 minutes... the there is ENDCHAT and you start the procedure again.... very disingenuous Web Africa!!!
