Early regrets signing up with Webafrica

Recently changed ISP to this company..still not active and they don't know why.

Only managed to get hold of then once, they assumed that the Router Cable, that they supp**** is faulty I must go buy a new one.. so full of regrets....

PS. Their accounts department is on the roll though, they've already Invoiced, but still no internet connection
