Duplicate acc, payments and acc being suspended

If there was a rating lower, I would select it. The Whatsapp cust care line is worst ever service. You sit on it for hours jf promisses that the payment duplications will ve refunded and acc reinstated, only to few days later same issue of acc suspended and no refund. So again on the chat and no human voice to talk to. Thus is ongoing since July when I signed up. Worst choice ever.
