DSL Line
Can I please get an ETA when my DSL Line will be moved back to Telkom. <br> <br> I doubt WebAfrica is going to win me back. Please resolve this asap.

Your ADSL line will be moved to the holding pool (Telkom) at the end of January because we require a full calendar month upon cancellation.
Furthermore, if we move your line back to Telkom immediately - that'll mean you'll pay 2 service providers for the same service and that wouldn't be fair to you.
It's not nice to hear that you're not happy with us and we're sad to see you go.
