Dreadful
We changed from ADSL uncapped in the belief that it would be faster for just R15 P/M extra, now they inform us that we have used up our FUP, of which we had never heard of and if we want to be faster it would mean an upgrade, and presumably an increase in fee's. A BIG CON JOB. Tom Camps Bay. PS try getting through to their tech support
