Drained financially and emotionally !!!

If I could give them a below star rating I would. I have been back and forth with Webafrica for weeks, with regards to my network connection. They have deducted my monthly billings and still no fibre !! I have to resort to buying airtime daily so that I can work. And whenever I ask to speak to a manager I’m left hanging on the call or no manager calls back. The WhatsApp line is even worse. It is supposed to be the fastest way to get in contact with someone but it’s more of a nuisance as the chat keeps ending before a proper consultant can talk to me !!! Waste of money, air & energy, worst service EVER!!! I would not recommend them at all !!!!!
