Down time webafrica

I posted on Monday regarding the down time of vuma network in phoenix area, and til today no response from webafrica, I have to go to their WhatsApp line say hi and a message pops up that they aware of issues, OK, now who is going to pay for the pressure and tension of using cash and buying data during this time, who, I know they have over 100 people working there surely an email or message or call to assure customers of what is going on the duration and whether they will pass credit or something to make customers happy, many other service providers out there so I Wil definitely be looking at them now, disappointed at this
