Double deductions after moving

I moved from CPT to JHB. On 9 May 2023 I messaged Webafrica to let them know I'd like to cancel. I was then told I need to pay until end June. On 29 May, I got my new place and let them know to revert cancellation and do move instead. I was charged for full month of June for old service, R249 for moving and pro rata for new service. I log into customer zone and see im showing that they going to debit me for both services 1 July. I reach out to customer service and they tell me to wait until 1 July. How is this ethical? Loyal customer for years and never missed payment.
