Double debit orders. No refund.

I am being double billed for Jan 2025 and Feb 2025. You can not mail them. You can not call them. You HAVE to slug through the whatsapp process.

How can a company just let their bill go off twice a month and not bat an eye.

Where is the trust? I can not make payments this month due to this. Thats over R1500 they stole. It is already going so bad financially now I am *****ed.

Please help me and report this as this should be *******.
