Double billing when moving homes

According to their website they will not double bill when you move homes, but when I moved homes that is exactly what happened to me.

Worst part is, when I queried why I suddenly have two accounts, and explicityl ask whether I would be double billed, the operator denied it.

When I queried this again I was promised a call back, yet I this was week ago already and no phone call.
