Double billed WEBAFRICA

I cannot believe this people. They are double billing me for a service and then when i chat to one of their agents i must juat pay the bill or it will be suspended. Can you believe the cheeck of WEBAFRICA that i must just pay it and finished and there is nothing i can do. I would love it if a manager came back to me to assist me with this because seriously aftwr i made payment yesterday they still want me to pay another installment amount of R799.00 or my service gets suspended. Please if anyone can assist me would like it very much.
