DONT'T DO IT.....RUN RUN TO ANOTHER SERVICE PROVIDER. WEBAFRICA IS JUST PURE FRASTRATION

DON'T DO IT.... the company has so much red tape when it comes to cancellations. I have been trying to cancel my subscription with them since July 2023 and am still paying for internet service that I am not using in October 2023. My reason for cancelling was that they did not have fibre solution in the area that I moved to. The reason I moved was for work purposes. I need to pay for the lack of coverage.

The agent are RUDE, and issues take long to be resolved.
