Don't waste your time with WebAfrica

The most terrible experience EVER. Sales was confirmed within a few hours with lots of promises. Two weeks later I have submitted RICA docs twice, and spoken to 4 different agents who have not been able to assist. Their WhatsApp mechanism for communication is the absolute worst, you get passed around between agents who don't bother to read the chat history but instead ask you to explain the problem from the beginning. Empty promises and lack of service from 4 agents. Thabiso who asked me to mail docs and never did anything with it. Lyndon who promised to keep an eye on the docs & ensure delivery is sorted out but obviously never did. Melissa who tells me a complete different process & now says docs needs to be uploaded somewhere else (after the initial agent told me the system would reject the docs and I should not follow this route). Courtney who expects me to explain the situation yet again. Their call center is also useless, you get passed around with *********** people who say their department doesn't handle it.
