I wish I could give them 0. Absolute worst service. Their agents are all idiots. They don’t understand anything you tell them or you just never get a reply. They are ****mers. Please know that if you don’t return your router after you cancel your service they bill you R999 and also they bill you with a cancellation fee of R999. This information is stands in the T&C’s on the website. They are very shady:” Cancellation processing fees might be app**** on certain Fibre Network Operators such as Vumatel for example. You will be liable for the R999 cancellation processing fee should you cancel at any time on an applicable Fibre Network Operator,“ fees MIGHT be app****. I specifically then asked them to bill me for this over two months just to see the debit order the next morning go off for the full amount. DO NOT MAKE USE OF THIS SERVICE. They even send me a broken router the first time around. My network was down several times and then the agent would just say switch the router on and off. They also misinformed me that there was fibre installed in my new place just to arrive and find out that there is not. Don’t walk…RUN AWAY
