Absolutely the worst internet provider you can find. I got this connection set up for my grandmother. First I select vuma as this is a option for her location. Got a call telling me that its not available, only octetel. I say its fine but your website is miss leading. Octotel come and install the fiber and we set up the router and wifi. Now we can access out banking apps. I tried phoning them for support but I get redirected to the whatsapp chat which is so useless and generic. I try and get a live chat going on whatsapp and only line but after 5 hours wait with no response I gave up. Please not use web africa. There prices are similar to other internet provider with much better customer support!!!
