DONT USE WEBAFRICA

I informed them im moving houses and they then disconnected the service and upon entering the new home they took the whole month to come and connect. But to my surprise it was not working and the thing of only being able to chat to them does not work for me. Its the end of the month and I am still without wifi and they are refusing to send a technician to come and resolve the issue. I work from home and have had to go to coffee shops just so I can connect to wifi. to say I'm angry does not even begin to describe my feelings towards them. completely useless.
