DONT USE WEBAFIRCA

Still no feedback regarding being charged for a fiber move where it was communicated to me that it would be free. (no response to tickets and emails send now nearly a month ago). And also a faulty router that was sent still waiting to be send back for a swap out. If you really want bad service please use Webafrica. As soon as lock down is completed will be moving to another ISP, would move now but Webafrica would never reply to the cancellation request or release my connection at all in time for the next ISP to take over.
