This company & their useless live chat. Internet out since 16 January. They say SLAs are 3 days. They’ve exceeded those. They asked for various photos to show router. They’re refusing to log a ticket for a technician to come fix my technical issues. Vumatel says they can’t come through without the ticket😡

22 Jan 2023, 18:17My issue is still not resolved. Their so called tickets get cancelled before you see them, only a few minutes valid, then it’s inactive. **** SLAs & company. Avoid them if you can!
