DONT USE WEB AFRICA !!!!!!!

It is now 20:03 and I've been waiting for someone to help me via whatsapp from 10:35. Truly appalling service. I pay in advance via card. They deduct the money every month. Someone named Moegamat chatted too me during my waiting and told me that even though unemployment is paid for, May is outstanding . How is this even possible wheni pay in advance?! My service is not working and I work from home so this has indered my income as well. I STILL HAVE NO INTERENET CONNECTION
