Don’t use Web Africa!!!!!

I waited over 3 weeks to receive my router after the fibre installation. During which I had to keep nagging them. Then after receding the router, they tell you wait for an SMS to state that your line is active before opening the box. I’ve been waiting over a week now. Their WhatsApp client service is useless. You wait all day to get a response that isn’t even helpful. 1 out of 10 WhatsApp agents are actually helpful. Some even don’t get back to you. After reading the reviews on hello Peter today I’m definitely cancelling the service. I’d rather pay more with vodacom and receive an actual service than pay less for no service at all. And I also read their connection is really bad and falsely advertised. Bye Web Africa. Can’t wait to cancel!!!!
