Don't use this company they are useless and dumb.

Absolute trash company, I moved to a new premises and booked my Fibre to be moved by the 1st day of the month. Firstly the technical team in contact with me was absolute trash. Everything a date was offered and I confirmed it, the date was no longer available. Now that everything is installed and ready I can't connect to my wifi because I need to make payment. When I go to make payment my account is R0 they have not completed my order. The ****ing idiotic WhatsApp support chat is useless I am still waiting for a call back, I was transferred in the whatsapp chat so many timea and promised a call back that i didnt receive. I called Webafrica and was on the line for 2 hours. Just as I was Number 1 in line the call cut. The live chat on the website are obviously being handled by people who dont have braincells as they tell me my account will be debited with the R0 balance. Don't use them you might as well use a competitor that actually answers the phone. I hope the company goes bankrupt or something as it is never an easy yes or no answer with them.
