don’t try and upgrade with webafrica it’s PATHETIC

I have received pathetic service from web Africa I tried to upgrade my service on the 31st of July and to day I have no WiFi I had multiple calls put down on me I had messages on that useless WhatsApp chat ignored I even tried to cancel my service and still can’t do that the staff don’t know what’s going and I keep getting misinformation and new situation when I can actually get ahold of someone they are quick to take your money upon the first sign up and can never help afterwards The error is on their side yet I’m treated in such a poor manner as a customer it’s disgusting services all round
