Don’t trust the sales team at Webafrica

I was a loyal Webafrica customer for years, but now that I want to cancel my subscription, they are charging me a cancellation fee of R999. This fee was never communicated to me when I signed up for the contract. I would not recommend their service as it lacks transparency, and no one at Webafrica is willing to take responsibility. Be cautious when dealing with their sales team, as they do not disclose the cancellation terms upfront—only for you to face an unexpected fee when you try to cancel.
