Don’t touch Webafrica.

This must be the very worst fibre supplier. I have tried for 2 weeks to cancel my fibre and for them to release my lines. Their “bot” is an example of the very worst AI or lack of Ai available. They first try to offer you a cheaper option and when ou finally get through to cancellation they disappear! I have scene-shot the entire process for legal reasons. Ot is beyond appalling.
