Don't Touch!

I wish I could write anything positive about this service provider. It is not possible. This company is one of the worst I have ever encountered. You could call it the ox-wagon of internet service providers. They do not have data tracking capability, one has to go to a Telkom web page in order to see your data usage, and you can only do it on a computer not on your phone. I have had endless trouble with badly informed staff, the service not working, data disappearing, having to reset the router and then having to set up all over again with passwords etc. as resetting the router reverts to the original settings. Do yourself the favour and find another provider - don't touch this one.
