Don't Sign Up with Web Africa – Worst Sales Experience!

I signed up for fibre with Webafrica yesterday and needed assistance, so I called their support line ***) today at 11:19. The consultant I spoke to was completely unhelpful. When I asked for her name to escalate the matter, she abruptly ended the call. This kind of service is unacceptable, especially from a company that’s trying to grow its customer base. If this is how they treat new customers, I can only imagine what comes next. Think twice before signing up with Webafrica.
