Everything started well with installation. Few years later and the service is down at least 1/2 a month for hrs at a time. With no timeous updates.

Lastly cancelling the subscription is the worst experience. They inform you they will pickup the router. They dont pickup the router and deduict the cost for router even though you have reference numbers, whatsapp scripts of chat and screenshots. If you show them the evidence they just ignore you. Now they have dedicted it incorrectly for a third month and Im still struggling to get the router to them and my money back. this is theft!!!
