Don't make appointments and y'all can't deliver

I just signed up and already service issues.

Was told Wednesday they will install.

Then told me Thursday will install

Then told me this morning they will install but it's now 16h10 and no sign of anyone....no contact.... This is worrying of the service is like this how will my line be???????? *** my reff..... Now I want to know who Is gonna pay the days I took off work to sit and wait for deliveries and installations .... 3 days money wasted
