Don't hold your breath if you need help. Absolute pathetic customer service

Customer Service is absolutely pathetic and none existing. The call line keeps on referring you to the whatsapp line, as if that will be quicker service, but after waiting 10 minutes for any response I proceeded to call the Tech support line and low and behold, 20 minutes into waiting for an agent to pick up the line, the call line was still faster than getting a response on whatsapp. Literally every time I have had an issue, I on average wait 30 minutes for any form of help. After an hour of waiting on the whatsapp line, to see if anything will actually happen, the whatsapp line cancelled my request, stating someone will call me. Wonder if that will actually ever happen. Beyond pathetic.
