dont have words to express how shocked

Webafrica installed a fibre line - which they THEMSELVES confirmed could not be installed - all through an automated process. Now they are threatening to blacklist, despite having logged a dispute regarding this REDUNDANT installation which is NOT IN USE, and also having explained the miscommunication to WA Accounts REPEATEDLY.

The most HORRIFIC treatment and worst experience; i was so shocked today i physically could not hold back the tears.

And then when you try to call and speak to someone, but have to hold on for an indefinite amount of time? It's month end, i dont have 30 minutes to hold on for someone who cannot help me, and only to promise a call back from a senior personnel member WHICH NEVER HAPPENS. Sent an email - as per usual it's being ignored completely. No response, no call back.

Instead Webafrica will continue to keep on lugging you through the automated process, happy to ruin your credit record WITHOUT EVEN BOTHERING TO REVIEW THE DISPUTE ON THE INSTALLATION.

Where does one go from here, must we go to mybroadband to post a request on where to find legal advice for something like this? Because Webafrica simply flat IGNORES request to resolve a dispute, nevermind credit a service that they installed without merit (and it is NOT EVEN LIVE!) :'(

This is causing distress which is unwarranted and complete and utter nonsense. What must we do to have this matter receive attention? I HATE posting negative reviews on here, but this is a last resort desperately hoping Webafrica will actually bother to take our request for assistance seriously.
