Don’t get webafrica!!

Please be careful when signing up with Webafrica. Their promo deal is not what it appears to be. They say you can get new fiber for R445. It looks like a good deal but it is not ! Its very difficult to find the terms and conditions. I thought that it was a great deal but turns out the promo is only for 2 months. There after you pay the full price. Should you not want to continue with the full price you are then liable for the R3000 Instalation. When I realised this I wanted to cancel my order. There is NO way to cancel your subscription or order. I called the center but they have still deducted the R 250 once off payment and I have not even received ANY service from them. Their chat bot is useless! I tried contacting them on the chat bot option and it took from 08:00 till 17:00 for them to get back to me. And they then cut me off because I didn’t respond fast enough to their reply. I am beyond disappointed in their service.
