Don't get grey hairs: just avoid them completely

Do NOT use these guys. Their billing department sucks. And when you cancel, they expect you to hand deliver the router back to them or you can pay them to collect. I've had to cancel due to multiple billing issues, it is THEIR FAULT I'm having to cancel and find another service provider, but now I must pay to send the router back to them??? I'm done with these poephols. Don't even get me started on their whatsapp chat.
