Don't expect support from Webafrica

If you value your sanity, avoid Webafrica like you would avoid a raging bout of herpes.

Support is only reachable via WhatsApp. And when I say "reachable" I mean expect to wait five hours (no, I am not exaggerating) before talking to someone whose skills maybe stretch to making two minute noodles with adult supervision, but no more.

I wasted ten hours over two days doing trying to get my line working. It still isn't working.

I canceled the service. The cancelation isn't even working, they are still trying to bill me a month on.
