Dont expect an outage to get resolved with WebAfrica

I am experiencing continual outages but WebAfrica do their very best to make themselves uncontactable. You cannot get to speak to a human - the only support is a WhatsApp bot I have logged a fault 4 times and all I get back is we are working on your problem & your fault has been escalated. Servce is absolutely pathetic !
