Don’t ever use Web Africa

This is specifically aimed at Ayesha in Provisioning. WOW, what a manager to aspire to - NOT. Ayesha is so important she cannot have a customer’s call transferred to her from 2 desks away, and she’s so important that she never ever finds the time to deliver on a promised call back either. Never mind that Web Africa and Open Serve cannot even stick to an appointment for installation. We confirm our appointment the day before, call at 1 on the day to check on the installation, all the while we’re told it is definitely happening, and then at 4pm it was suddenly not scheduled for today anyway, it’s for NEXT WEEK. Ayesha and the rest of the useless Web Africa team - thanks for showing us what is the exact opposite of customer service.
