Dont do it....

Please do yourself a favour and do not subscribe to this company, cancelation fee, regardless of duration of your subscription is R1000. then if you cancel in the middle of the month, it will only go through at the end of the following month, turnaround time to fix internet issues is ridiculous, longest wait was 2 weeks. other times also took long but thats my record. you cant physically talk to a person, its all via WhatsApp, if they tell me one more time to 'grab a cuppa' .... I cant..
