DONT DO IT!

DONT SIGN UP WITH WEBAFRICA. Its been nothing but torment. WhatsApp live service takes about a day to get an answer from somebody. The agents have also **** to me a number of times, or simply disconnected me. At least its all on WhatsApp so that there is a historical record! I have had intermittent connectivity, been charged twice for a service that has worked for about 2 weeks. Have been told that fault line ticket numbers have been generated, and yet they haven't, so processing a refund won't be possible because there was no fault logged. Luckily its all recorded. Since the WhatsApp service was getting me nowhere, I tried calling. Each time I called (4x), at exactly 9minutes and 2 seconds, the line went dead...coincidence? Since WhatsApp and calling were not working, I emailed...I sent three emails and each of them received a reply in 2 minutes, telling me that ticket is closed. Not a solution, not a word. simply, case closed.
