dont consider webafrica for any internet services!
I am with out internet for day as webafrica cannot process activating my line. The call centre lets you wait for hours and the whatsapp chat service is a generated responce with no help. I have no option but to cancell my service and go with a better ISP. There service is horrible, slow and non communicative.

06 Mar 2026, 09:33The most frustrating part is that it takes hours just to get through to a someone who can assist and look at activating a line. I will never recommend anyone to use your service as the responce are always AI generic. Even the live support and whatsapp service is poor. I will be reveting back to Af3ihost as my ISP

06 Mar 2026, 16:33All webafrica did was send a generic sms - till now I'm still waiting for the line to be activated
Webafrica: There is a delay in activating your Fibre due to technical issues experienced by your Fibre Network Operator. They are working hard on a solution. Please leave your Fibre box (ONT) switched on. You will get an SMS once your service is active.
