Don't be caught in a Web. They are not honest and reliable

Be careful. They are a **** From day one we had problems with connecting. Ive really spend hours on whatsapp trying to fix the problem. No one ever tried to help us or phone us to make it easier. You have to try and get hold of an agent over whatsapp and eventually when you get one their reply time is scary. Vuma installed the rooter and we had to try and figure everything out from there. After 6 weeks I just gave up. The service was terrible from the start. We cant connect and the speed was never wjat we signed up for. If it wasnt the fault of our devices it was the extenders. We never even had this problem with Telkom. If I newe this I would have stayed with them

I didnt sign any agreement to stay with them for a year The consultant ususured me that if I am not happy with the service I can cancel within a motb no strings attached. Thats how much he believed in their service. Now that I give a months notice they want to bill me over R2700 saying that is what the installation ect cost them. I never agreed to this. This I was told after 6 consulatants keeps on asking questions that I already answered. They just didnt want comply to cancel my account. Now after 6 long conversations Derek tells me Im cancelled but are billed for that amout that I never agreed to.

Ive never had so much problems in my life. Please assist me with this problem
