Does webafrica really need a bad review title? It's should be obvious by now

I've been trying to get webafrica to assist with a faulty line since MAY. I've been trying to MOVE my service to a new address since June. I've tried cancelling for over a month now. In the past month, I spoke with: Jayalutchmie Vanz Thabo Heinrich Jameson Chwayita Junade Wandile

How can you expect me to pay for a service that's been faulty since May, with me trying to get hold of you since May. And even after I cancelled, TWICE, I still could not get a callback?
