Dodged a bullet!

I truly feel like I dodged a bullet with this one. The service I received from Firdows Van was extremely disappointing. There was no consistency in their security verification process, and I was refused assistance despite providing my name, ID number, and phone number. I was then asked to provide my physical address simply to check on my application progress, which felt unnecessary and excessive. I am honestly relieved that this experience happened early on, before I committed further and potentially found myself dealing with ongoing poor service. His tone throughout the interaction was cold and dismissive. At one point, he said he was going to ask for the details “one more time,” which came across as intimidating and unprofessional. I had already provided my name, ID number, and contact number, yet I was still being asked for additional information, including my physical address, simply to verify the status of my SIM card application. This felt excessive and unnecessary, especially considering that the application process had already been completed. He repeatedly compared their verification process to that of banks, stating that banks request similar information. However, this is not a bank but an ISP, and I am not applying for a loan. The comparison did not justify the level of information being requested. Overall, the experience was extremely disappointing. The service lacked professionalism, and the agent’s attitude made the interaction uncomfortable and frustrating.
