DO YOU INSTALL IN KHAYELITSHA OR NOT?

Vuma seems to be the only Fibre available in my area, Khayelitsha, Ilitha Park. I placed an order with WebAfrica on the 25th of Jan to install and they took a payment of R399. After waiting to be contacted by them to arrange an installation date, I tried to reach out to them multiple times and when I eventually got in contact with an agent, I was told that they do not install in Khayelitsha. Information that should’ve been advised when the sale was being done! Had to wait a whole month for my refund.

What’s the deal? Do these people install in Khayelitsha, Ilitha Park or not? I need fibre ASAP for work.
